The pedagogical approach of the Trust is one of high expectations, where children are challenged to do their best in well-ordered, disciplined environments which have a commonality of ethos combining purpose, rigour and opportunity.

Outstanding, innovative teaching, complemented by a wide range of strategies and approaches, and supported by excellent resources, ensures each child's specific learning needs are met and academic outcomes are high. A broad and balanced curriculum that is not just a group of subjects, but an opportunity for children to explore, take risks and be creative underpins the work of each of the Trust's schools.
