Trust Team
The Executive Team of the Trust contains a wide range of skills, including Educational; Financial; Governance; Human Resources; IT; Legal expertise and Marketing.
A range of services are provided to all MAT schools to ensure they can focus on their core business of teaching and learning. The Trust team evaluates its offer and effectiveness each year and supplies additional services as required.
The centralised admissions and governor services team provide support to Directors, Governors, schools and parent/carers within the Trust on all admissions and governance related matters.
Admissions and Governor Services Manager: Julie Mason
Julie has worked in the education sector for over 15 years in a number of support roles, which have mainly covered all aspects of school admissions and governance. Since 2007, she has worked at Oakgrove School, Middleton Primary School and the Trust. Julie is clerk to the Board of Directors and a number of Local Governing Bodies and Committees across the Trust’s schools.
Admissions and Governor Services Assistant Manager: Julie Gale
Julie has been employed in education for 19 years, primarily at Oakgrove Secondary School. After working across many areas of the school, Julie has spent the last nine years in Governor Services and Admissions. She joined the Trust in 2016.
Julie is the Clerk to Governors for the Trust's Finance, Audit, Human Resources Committee and the Local Governing Body at Oakgrove, Kents Hill Park and Willow Grove schools.
Admissions and Governor Services Administrator: Vicky Reeves
Vicky has been employed in the Education sector for over 14 years in a number of support roles. Since 2017, she has worked for the Trust in Admissions and Governance. Vicky's work deals mainly with admissions for the Trust's schools and she is also clerk to a number of the school's committees.
Admissions and Governor Services Administrator: Rachel Green
After graduating from university, Rachel worked in the retail sector as part of a commercial trading team for over 15 years. She then undertook a number of volunteering pre-school committee roles, including Treasurer and Chair. Rachel is currently Treasurer for a school PTA and joined the Trust team in 2025.

Finance Manager: Alison Blealey
Alison has worked in finance in education since 2012. Qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians, she has also previously worked in financial roles in the charities and commercial sectors, as well as in practice. Alison joined the Trust in January 2019.
Management Accountant: Leanne Entwistle
AAT Level 3 qualified, Leanne has worked in Finance roles since 2011. Following a career in both financial services and hygiene supplies, Leanne joined the Trust in 2024.
Human Resources Director: Jane Lear
Jane has over 26 years’ experience working in school administration, finance and HR in both secondary and primary schools and was appointed as School Business Manager at Middleton Primary School in January 2013 and as HR Director for the Trust in November 2016.
Her responsibilities are for the management of the HR function across the Trust, including amalgamation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a co-ordinated and consistent approach across all member schools. Jane also works closely with the Trust’s schools in relation to specific HR issues that may arise.

Lettings Manager: Joanne Colman
Joanne has worked in the education sector for over 12 years and has a strong background in recruitment, data management and facilities coordination.
As Lettings Manager for Kingsbridge Educational Trust, Joanne oversees the effective use of school sites and supports operational delivery across the Trust.
Joanne brings extensive experience from both education and corporate settings, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
Marketing and Communications Manager: Deborah Gerring
Deborah began her marketing career in London over 30 years ago, working in the Metropolitan Police Service and in various government press offices. Since relocating from London, she spent the following 16 years working in communications for the local authority and in education. Deborah joined the Trust in 2018.

Safeguarding Lead: Rachel Cooke
Rachel has been teaching for 28 years. She completed her Geography Honours degree at Hull University, spent some time living in Toronto, Canada, and worked at Anglia Television in Norwich, before deciding to make teaching her career. Rachel completed her PGCE at Goldsmith's in London before moving to Milton Keynes. She has taught in four schools in the local area.
As well as Geography, Rachel has also taught History, Humanities, BTEC Workskills and RE. She has been at Oakgrove School since it first opened in 2005 and has been part of the growth and success of the school. Her particular interest is in physical geography and she really enjoys travelling to amazing locations to see glaciers, mountains, rivers and natural environments around the world. A keen runner, Rachel has run for England as a Master for 10km and won British Masters gold medals for 5km races.
During her career, Rachel has taken on a variety of extra responsibilities including managing after school clubs, Head of Year, Head of BTECs, SLE for Attendance, completing Ofsted Inspector training (PQSI) and managing and leading on behaviour and safety. Rachel has been a staff governor at Oakgrove school for over 10 years.
Rachel is currently Senior Assistant Headteacher at Oakgrove School for Safeguarding and the Safeguarding Lead across the Trust.
